Codafile released on Tuesday 31st of May 2011 an update for the current version of Codaprint 2010.
All customers using this version have been emailed with instructions on how to perform this update from Codafile Support.
If you did not receive the email, please contact Codafile and we will advise you on how to perform the update.

Codafile will shortlly email all Codaprint 2010 users and Codaprint 2009 users who have upgraded to Codaprint 2010 with instructions on how to upgrade for this patch.

Important! This update is only available for those customers who have upgraded from 2009 or purchased Codaprint version 2010 .
To find your version: go to Help menu > About Codaprint
1. Background colour on Text item in the Lever Arch template does not fully show.
2. Excel Import data contains date format that does not display in date format unless it is saved as a .csv file.
Resolution
1. Background colour on Text item in Lever Arch template is now fully showed across the template
2. Excel Import data contains date format that does not display (in the format). It is now displayed in date format.

This function will now allow a user to adjust text alignment on Text item

Canterbury Earthquake 2011 |

Our thoughts and prayers are with the people of Christchurch after the devastating earthquake of February 22nd 2011. Many of our Christchurch customers have been directly affected and some have even lost colleagues. Our sympathy and thoughts are with them at this very sad time. The Christchurch Codafile branch suffered no damage thankfully and all staff are safe. We are pleased to think that we have already been able to be some assistance to some of our customers with their filing and storage needs after the quake as they set up their new offices and try to get their lives back to some degree of normality.

Codafile ensures Southern Cross Medical Society is on the right plan |

Southern Cross Medical Society have chosen the right plan for delivering a Records Management solution they can depend upon. In preparation for their move to a new site next year, they have chosen a Codafile Filing Solution to give efficient and effective filing and stoarge gains across their large Auckland Head Office. All 350 staff are now working through converting their hard copy files from Lever Arch and Vertical Drawer cabinets to Codafile lateral files. Codafile is working closely with individuals and departments to ensure a smooth transition.

Australian Maritime selected Codafile to manufacture there customer specifc files because of the total solution system interfacing TRIM with CodaPrint.
