The Colour Way File Box  (156410)

Here is is a great new product, designed especially for the small/home business that has everything you would need to set up a system that makes filing quick and easy.  

This new package replaces the old Vertical package System (156404) but it has lots more including the ability to use Codaprint Lite software to label your files, but for no extra cost.

Each Package contains the following:

1. 100 Top and Side Tab Files (156401). You will use these extra strong file covers (when compared with manila files) to keep the information you need either in a current Vertical Drawer Cabinet or on a shelf that you already have or in the storage box they come in. The storage box is very portable with handles to make it easy to carry around. For example, the box could be kept in the boot of your car, making your files very accessible when you are on the move but easy to take into the office if you have to.

2. 100 Three Piece Fasteners (C238020). If you require information to be kept securely in the file, yet easily accessible, we suggest you use these fasteners.

3. A-Z and 0-9 Individual Coloured labels. These can be used on the tabs of the files to classify and identify the files. Please see Instruction booklet on suggestions for use of colour coded labels. If you have access to a colour printer, you may prefer to use the free label Software and Codaprint Labels.

4. 100 Codaprint Labels (C270004) As an alternative to the above coloured labels, you can download our Codaprint Lite Software and use the Codaprint Labels by printing the full tab label via your colour printer.

5. Codaprint Label Software. Instructions for downloading the software are included with this system.

6. 2 Inner Storage Boxes. These are designed to keep files upright where stored on shelves or vertical file cabinets

7. 5 File Indices. These 5 tab Indices are designed to let you create sections within your important file covers.

8. File Storage Box. This is the box that your File System comes in. If you do not have anywhere to keep your files, you can easily keep them in this box and still have quick and easy access to those files.

9. Instruction Booklet. This gives you a step by step process for setting up your new filing system, as welll as information on where you can additional help and advise.
